Co-Founder and current Chief Executive Officer; Broderick Bass, a young entrepreneur of many sorts, decided to take his past experiences and form a solution that would benefit the average individual. His vision encompasses creating a company with a vast portfolio of different business ventures, that would make the at home customer service environment accessible to the average individual.
In 2008, Bass Financial & Consulting Services, LLC was formed. Partnering with Arise, Mr. Bass was able to join ventures with a few Fortune 500 Companies to service their clientele. Growing his business from one CSP to five, offered Bass Financial & Consulting Services, LLC, a wide variety of experiences and different challenges.
In 2014, partnering with Dorian Edwards, the two co-founded and formed, Bass, Edwards & Associates Virtual Services Corporation (BEAVSC). Dorian Edwards, Chief Operations Officer, brings a vast knowledge of customer service skills, and savvy business techniques. Mr. Edwards has a 10 plus year background in customer service relations, working with some the nation’s top telecommunication companies. He has been affiliated with the Arise program for over a year and has achieved superior results in working with the program.
BEAVSC is a privately held corporation with three shareholders, who all contribute a vast knowledge of intelligence and intangible assets, to an ever growing and changing business.
BEAVSC, strives to be the innovating company to the work-at-home solution, offering customer service professionals, technical service professionals and chat professionals to Fortune 500 companies; all while maintaining their integrity, training strategies and procedural documentation that they have been known for.
Not one to be limited to one market segment, BEAVSC plans to grow and expand into different ventures of the at home work environment by obtaining clients that will entail online and call center ordering, asset recovery management and many other avenues.
